Return and Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid digital wellness services supplied by Glowbioia to freelancers, offices, and teams.

Our offering is a professional digital service. No physical goods are delivered.
Cancellation before commencement
Cancellation requested at least 7 calendar days before the confirmed start date is generally eligible for full refund, unless prepaid custom materials have already been delivered.
Rescheduling process
Requests made at least 72 hours before a scheduled session are usually rescheduled without additional fee, depending on facilitator availability.
Mid-program adjustments
If delivery has started, any refund review is assessed fairly based on completed sessions, consumed preparation effort, and agreed program milestones.
Business and consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that may apply under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory New Zealand legislation.
Request channel and timing
Submit requests to message@glowbioia.world with booking details. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and resolve outcomes as soon as practicable.
Record retention
Refund and billing records may be stored for statutory accounting and compliance periods required in New Zealand.
